The Association of Practicing Professional Project Managers of Nigeria A3PMON was founded in December 2024 as an Immediate solution to the gap created by the CIPMN Crisis. The Project Managers Stakeholders Committee made up of four members each from the 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria and 2 Members from the Diaspora was inaugurated by Hajiya Hajara Yusuf the Registrar.These Progressives founded A3PMON as a membership organization with the sole aim of safeguarding the rights of Project Managers, groups and Associations in Nigeria.

Yomi Ariyo
National President/CEO
Engr Dr Yomi Matthew Ariyo is a seasoned mechanical engineer who holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Theology, Executive Diploma in Disaster Management, and Honorary Doctorate degree in Divinity. With 3 decades of work experience in his career, he is a fellow of CIPMN, fellow of A3PMON, a Project Management Consultant(Mechanical & Industrial Engineering) of African Skills and Development Group Ltd, a member of the Blue-ribbon Committee of GFP International. He is the pioneer National President and Governing Board Chairman of A3PMON
Emmanuel Okorie Chikiezie
Vice President South
An upwardly mobile individual and a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in the built environment. Trained as an architect, he possesses expertise in design / construction of buildings, project management, and real estate. He holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Project Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). His passion for excellence drives him to continuously deliver high-impact results.
Sidi Mohammad Sada
Vice President North
Eng Sidi Mohammad Sada is a civil Engineer with so many years’ experience in metrology and weights and measures in the Nigerian Public Service at both State and Federal Level. A member of many International and Nigerian Engineering professional bodies, He is A3PMONS Vice President (North)
Hajiya Hajara Yusuf
Registrar and Secretary to the A3PMON Governing Board
Hajiya Hajara Yusuf is a Communication Strategist with over 23 years’ experience in Strategic Communications, Media Consultancy and Administration. An entrepreneur, Hajiya Hajara Yusuf holds a first degree in International Studies and a masters in Conflict Peace and Strategic Studies. Hajiya Hajara a Certified Project Manager, is the Registrar and Secretary to the A3PMON Governing Board.

Halla Dangana Tizhe is an Architect with over 18 years’ experience on the field. An educationist, a certified arbitrator and a Project manager, Halla Tizhe holds certification in various Professional Bodies from Architecture to Education and also Arbitration. He is A3PMONs Zonal Coordinator North East.
Jacob Adejo Johnson
Zonal Coordinator North Central
Architect Jacob Adejo Johnson is a seasoned Architect and Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in both Public and Private spheres. Architect Adejo holds Project management qualifications and certifications from Nigerian and reputable global Project Management Professional Bodies. He is A3PMONS Zonal Representative /Coordinator North Central.

Dr. Inemi Stephen is a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience. Known for his ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects across diverse industries such as oil & and gas, maritime, Telecommunications, and IT, his career is marked by the successful management of projects exceeding $2 billion in combined value, consistently driving operational excellence, cost minimization, and strategic growth. Stephens holds certifications and qualifications from Nigerian and foreign Project Management Bodies. Stephen Inemi is A3PMONS `South South Zonal Coordinator/Representative.

Qs Aliu Olutunwase Abdulaziz holds a masters degree in Facilities Management, and a first degree in Quantity Survey. In addition, Aliu holds a postgraduate diploma in Civil Engineering and Construction management. He holds professional certifications in his field of expertise like quantity survey, Construction and Facility management and also Project Management. Aliyu Abdulaziz is A3PMONS South West Zonal Coordinator and Representative.

With over 19 years experience actively working as a Project manager in reputable firms and multinational corporations in Nigeria, Engineer Ikechukwu Uchenna holds Project Management certifications from CIPMN and other globally aclaimed Project management Bodies. He is A3PMONS Southeast Zonal Coordinator.
